How long does shipping take for my beer order?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your box leaves our warehouse.

What happens if a bottle or keg arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives broken, please contact our customer service team within 14 days with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Because our packages contain alcohol, an adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery. Carriers cannot leave beer unattended.

Can I return beer or appliance products?

You can return non-perishable items like The SUB or Blade appliances within 30 days. However, for food safety reasons, beer cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged.

Are the beer kegs compatible with all draft systems?

Our 2L SUB kegs are designed specifically for The SUB home tap, while our 8L kegs are made for the Blade professional machine. Please check compatibility on the product page before purchasing.
